About Mariana Monterrubio
Multi-talented individual who wears many hats. As the founder and CEO of MAMI on a Mission LLC, podcast host of MAMI on a Mission Podcast, and Best-selling author of MAMI on a Mission - A Guide Towards Healing, Self-Discovery, and Walking in Confidence, Mariana has dedicated the last 13 years to serving her community.
CHALLENGE
Marianna launched her podcast and knew she wanted to also write a book not only sharing her story but also helping women overcome similar adversities. However, she did not know how to get her book published let alone how to start.
OBJECTIVE
APPROACH
Despite initial success with the Mami on A Mission podcast, Mariana realized she needed a coach to help her publish her book.
She was introduced to the Book Publishing Academy through her podcast coach. She was drawn to the opportunity to publish her book, learn from a book publishing expert and also intern with them on various projects. The Book Publishing Academy’s model was self-paced which worked with her busy entrepreneur schedule.
Mariana dove deeper into the Book Publishing Academy’s program. She was able to complete the program and implement everything within a year’s time. She quickly implemented some of the marketing strategies from the curriculum and was able to gain a following and organize her promotion for her book.
RESULTS
“The modules were right on time as I was going through the different stages of writing, the modules were coming at the right time”
